We offer 30-day returns on all our products.  Prior to shipping any product back, please obtain an RMA number from our customer service department using one of the following three ways:

In your message to us, please include your order number, which items you would like to return and the reason for the return.

In the case of defective items, will cover the return shipping. Please wait for a pre-paid label and do not mail the item back to us yourself.

If you wish to return an item that is not defective, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and we will provide you with the mailing address for your return together with the RMA number.

Once we received and inspected the returned items, we will inform you about the refund decision and, if applicable, credit the original purchase price plus any applicable taxes (for New York residents) back to the credit card used for the order. Shipping costs will only be refunded for defective items and only partially if not all items were returned. reserves the right to determine the incremental shipping costs for partial returns at its own and sole discretion.
